One day. Only for us.
We found one day in our busy agenda to spend time together, to get know each other better, to do sport, to eat and learn more about what we can do together besides helping children and their families.
More than four hours social workers, psychologists, therapists, rehabilitation therapists, volunteers, foster parents and their children, experts and managers from “For Our Children” Foundation had a fun together playing different team - building games.
"I am very happy to see so many colleagues and friends today. I am proud that I work with good, open, honest and smart people who love their work and are convinced that children should be loved and secure in a family environment." - said Ivanka Shalapatova, Director of “For Our Children" Foundation.
The day was full of surprises. We started with a fun game, and then we elaborated a family car with materials at hand. Finally everybody shared one’s feelings in front of the whole team.
“For Our Children" responsible mission is to help children and families who have difficulties. This is not going to happen unless we have good professionals, honest relationships, trust and managers, who inspire the team." - said Ivanka Shalapatova and she wished success to all.
Finally, all participants in the team building wrote with their bodies the word "child" - our core value.
