Traditional Bulgarian and Scottish dances were presented at the event, as part of the guest were dressed in national costumes. The idea of the evening was to bring the beauty of the Scottish and Bulgarian culture through dance in the name of a charity cause. Ten leva from each ticket were donated for the needs of the children, which the foundation works for.

Iain Greive, Elect-President, of Rotary Club Sofia International, told the guest about the activities of the foundation and highlighted that our society had to focus all it efforts in not letting Bulgarian children to enter social homes, but to seek alternative forms of care.

Ivan Pavlov, Director of the Community Support Centre “St. Sofia” of “For Our Children” Foundation, gave information about the help that the Centre provided and the ways the social workers helped children and families.
